These terms apply to anyone booking or attending a class with LA Fit Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a boutique fitness studio based in Cascais, Portugal. By booking a class, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
Classes can be booked through the online booking widget on this site, or via WhatsApp for certain classes as indicated on each class page. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation, and is subject to availability.
Pricing & payment
Current prices for single classes, multipasses, and monthly passes are shown on each class page and may change from time to time; the price shown at the time of booking applies to that booking. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe, with the booking and payment platform managed by Wassl OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, acting as payment and booking service provider. Classes, instruction, and in-person services are provided independently by LA Fit Studio and its instructors.
Cancellations
You can cancel a booked class free of charge up to 2 hours before the class start time, as noted on each class page. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Health & safety
Please consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Some classes are not suitable during pregnancy, as noted on the relevant class pages. You take part in all classes at your own risk. Please tell your instructor before class about any injury, condition, or limitation that may affect your participation.
Classes involving children
Kids Cheerleading is open to children aged 3–13. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking and remains responsible for the child's drop-off, pick-up, and for informing the instructor of any relevant medical conditions or allergies before class.
Studio conduct
We expect all participants to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or future bookings to anyone whose conduct endangers the safety or wellbeing of others.
Changes to classes
Class schedules, pricing, and instructors may change from time to time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants of any changes to a class they've booked.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, LA Fit Studio and its instructors are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in a class. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
