This policy explains how LA Fit Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a boutique fitness studio based in Cascais, Portugal, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit lafit.studio, book a class, or contact us.

Bookings for children

Our Kids Cheerleading class is open to children aged 3–13. Bookings for participants under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for any communication about the booking.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our embedded booking widget may set cookies necessary for it to function correctly. If we introduce website analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools where possible and update this policy accordingly.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking and payment records for as long as necessary to manage your classes and to meet our accounting and tax obligations under Portuguese law (generally up to 10 years for financial records). Message history is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve your query.

Your rights

Under EU/Portuguese data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
