Yana brings a background in dance, acrobatics and yoga to every class, creating a space that feels equal parts challenging and joyful. Her Vinyasa sessions are fluid, precise, and always responsive to the energy in the room — whether you need to move hard or settle deep.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your mat and settle before class begins.
Cancellations: please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.

Suitable for all levels. Age 14+. Instruction in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
