Body Sculpt is a dynamic strength training practice designed to build muscle, enhance endurance, and reduce body fat. This full-body workout helps prevent muscle imbalances by engaging all major muscle groups while improving overall resilience.

Each session can be tailored to your fitness level by adjusting sets and intensity, making it accessible for beginners and challenging for advanced participants alike. With a balance of low- and high-intensity movements, you'll notice results in strength, tone, and energy after just a few sessions.

Good to Know

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to warm up and get ready before class begins.
Cancellations: please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.

What to bring: comfortable workout clothes, indoor trainers (mandatory — no outdoor shoes on the studio floor), and a water bottle.
Suitable for all levels (adaptations provided). Age 14+. Instruction in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
