About the Class

Ready to defy gravity and rediscover movement in a whole new way? Aerial Yoga is an uplifting blend of yoga, Pilates, and dance that builds strength, enhances flexibility, and leaves you feeling light, energised, and empowered.

Suspended in soft silk hammocks, you'll flow through dynamic poses, challenge your balance, and unlock new levels of mobility. Our expert instructors will guide you safely through each step, offering variations so the class is accessible for both beginners and experienced yogis. Along the way, you'll experience the unique joy of weightlessness and mindful movement.

By the end of the session, expect to feel centred, strong, and a little bit like you're floating on air.

Aerial Yoga Instructor

Yana brings a background in dance, acrobatics and yoga to every class — creating a space that feels equal parts challenging and joyful. She has been teaching aerial yoga for several years and has a gift for making complete beginners feel confident in the air from their very first session. Her classes are precise, playful, and deeply energising.


Good to Know

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled and set up your hammock before class begins.
Cancellations: please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.

What to bring: comfortable, close-fitting workout clothes (leggings and a fitted top work well). Bring water.
Suitable for all levels (modifications provided). Age 12+. Instruction available in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Not suitable during pregnancy, or for those with untreated high/low blood pressure or eye pressure conditions.
